General Terms of Sales and Conditions

  • The goods and services provided by Backbenchers International are subjected to the following terms and conditions. If you continue to brose and use this website. You are agreeing to comply and be bound by the terms and conditions. Backbenchers may in its sole discretion, change, modify this agreement at any time, with or without notice.

 

  • By ordering our wines, you certify to be over 18 years old and to be allowed to purchase or consume alcohol.

 

  • All payments collected are in SGD. All goods ordered remain the property of Backbenchers International until payment is received in full. We reserve the right to make changes to our prices without notice. Prices are subjected to currency and market fluctuations, changes in duty and GST as well as availability.

 

  • We can deliver within 3 to 5 working days if the order is confirmed and paid. Our delivery staff will confirm the delivery arrangement with you via SMS/WhatApps.

 

  • Delivery is strictly within Singapore only. Offshore island delivery will not be entertained.

 

  • For purchase less than S$200, a flat fee of S$20 will be incurred for delivery within Singapore. For purchase of S$200 and above, delivery fee will be waived.

 

Substitutes and availability

  • All products are subject to availability. If any product is unavailable, we will not be liable to you except to ensure that you are not charged for the item.

 

Third party beneficiaries

  • Whether the products have been bought for a third party or ownership transferred to the third party, you and only you shall be our clients in respect and shall be solely responsible for all payments and for providing all instructions in relations to the products.

 

Cancellation of orders

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 working days provided the goods have not been delivered. All full refund will be offered only when request to cancel is received in writing. Any cancellation will be refunded within 30 days.

 

Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
