His expertise, knowledge and contacts extend not only locally but also internationally in the Asia region. He is able to provide consultation from the conceptualization to the design and operations of the food and beverage outlet.

Second aspect of Backbenchers focuses on the training and development in the food and beverage Industry. Training in service, wine tasting and WSQ programmes. Carol is a certified ACTA trainer in WSQ programmes.

The third aspect of Backbenchers is the e-commerce platform where food and beverage products are available in the e-shop. Some of the products include Vegan foods and wines from Spain.
