Brian Li, fascinated by the world of wine, has travelled extensively in vineyards in Australia，Portugal, Chile, France and specifically Bordeaux, USA, and California – Napa valley etc, in his past 15 years of wine importing career.
他的人生职业生涯，1994年，始于国际五星级酒店集团（香格里拉，洲际集团），从餐饮部门的西厨房开始，后来又调任酒廊/酒吧餐厅，高级西餐扒房，任职经理。
从各家酒店的餐厅生涯中，逐渐学习了解到了来自世界各地的葡萄酒，对葡萄酒搭配美食，有一定的见解。
in 1994, his career in the Food & Beverage department started, western kitchen, then lounge, bar & grills restaurant, fine dining of Shangri-La & IHG hotel & resort group where he learned about wines from all over the world, and developed great insight in food & wine pairing.
李晖先生获得了英国权威机构WSET (葡萄酒及烈酒教育机构)的中级证书）。
Brian holds the WSET intermediate certificate that is issued by the Wine and Spirit Education Trust from England.
其在加入法国卡慕远流公司之前, 在曾经的十五年葡萄酒行业经验中，历任ASC上海圣皮尔葡萄酒公司，香港灵思概念华南公司，澳洲首彩葡萄酒公司，深圳欧亚酒业公司，以及深圳富隆酒业公司，负责市场及营销部门的工作。
Before joining the Camus Yuanliu family, Brian had about 15 years’ wine trade experience in ASC fine wines, Link concept, Handpicked Wine Co., Asia Euro Co., and Aussino fine wines Co. for sales & marketing roles.
在葡萄酒行业之前，并有十一年的国际五星级酒店行业经验。
Prior to that, another 11 years’ experience in hospitality in Shangri-La, and IHG hotel & resort group.
多年的国际酒店餐饮行业经验，有了充分的机会接触了解到葡萄酒，熟知行业市场动向，接触品尝到世界知名的葡萄酒。
His career in the hospitality provided him plenty opportunities to understand wine and market trends, and taste some of the top wines in the world.
